Project Overview
A leading HR industry association engaged FOAN to plan and execute their annual National HR Summit – the premier event for HR professionals in South Africa. The summit aimed to bring together industry leaders, practitioners, and solution providers for three days of learning, networking, and collaboration.
Our team managed every aspect of the event, from venue selection and speaker coordination to marketing, registration, and on-the-day logistics. The summit featured internationally renowned keynote speakers, multiple concurrent breakout sessions, and a large exhibition hall.
The Challenge

Developed a comprehensive speaker management system handling travel, accommodation, scheduling, and technical requirements for all presenters.
Registration Platform
Implemented a custom registration platform with tiered pricing, session selection, and integrated payment processing for all attendees.
Venue & Production
Secured a major convention center and managed all technical production including AV, lighting, staging, and live streaming across multiple rooms.
Sponsor Management
Coordinated with exhibition sponsors, managing booth allocation, branding, and sponsor visibility throughout the event.
